This is the Minister Fawn from Kittynaut and My Hinamatsuri (Girls Day) collaboration project.

Girls Day is a Holiday in Japan held on March 3rd, where the family puts up a display doll set to promote a happy healthy life for the girls of the family.

Here we have there young Advisor (or minister) to the Emperor. Young and passionate, he dons springtime aesthetic that complements his age. In Japanese culture, deer are known for being messengers of the gods, hence the red Shinto shrines.
