This is the Minister Buck from Kittynaut and My Hinamatsuri (Girls Day) collaboration project.

Girls Day is a Holiday in Japan held on March 3rd, where the family puts up a display doll set to promote a happy healthy life for the girls of the family.

Here we have there elder Advisor (or minister) to the Emperor. His years have given him wisdom and strength through years of dedication to the Emperor! In Japanese culture, deer are known for being messengers of the gods, hence the red Shinto shrines.
